1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the leaf blower rental services provided by Leaf Blower Hire. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings must be made in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations within 72 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and Leaf Blower Hire's discretion.

3. Customer Deposit

  • All bookings are subject to a mandatory customer deposit to secure the reservation.
  • The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good condition.

4. Identification and Address Verification

  • Valid Government-issued ID and proof of address are required for all rentals.
  • This information must be provided at the time of booking.

5. Equipment Tracking

  • All equipment is equipped with tracking devices to prevent misuse and loss.
  • Customers must not tamper with or disable these devices.

6. Equipment Replacement

  • In case of damaged or faulty equipment, we will aim to replace it within 1-2 business days.
  • Equipment condition will be assessed upon delivery and collection.

7. Damage and Liability

  • Customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period.
  • Charges for damages will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Maintenance by Customer

  • Customers are required to empty leaf blower vacuum bags prior to collection.
  • Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Leaf Blower Hire is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the improper use of the equipment.
  • Customers should adhere to all safety instructions provided.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

  • Leaf Blower Hire reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
